The hotel could really benefit from maintenance!!! The stained carpets and aging decor leave much to be desired, and the Wi-Fi is inconsistent!!! A few more plugs for charging devices would also make a big difference!!!

New-fashioned rooms come with the access to the minibar was completely blocked and a stunning view. Its decor is nice. The location is great, just off home of famous poet Giacomo Leopardi, the center and the Church of Madonna's House😀😀

Very new room with very nice bathroom.Elegant breakfast location.
The air donditioning was not working in the when we arrived.The hotel staff promtly solved the problem.

The hotel is an absoluteley atrocious example of what a 4 star should be. Neglected rooms and dirty soap shelves are just the tip of the iceberg, apparently no one is responsible for maintenance here. I almost gave a good review, but was shocked to not get a free upgrade or any special treatment . Woould ve been nice, right?

Modern hotel with clean rooms that are kept very basic. Free Wifi and Parking. Staff was forthcoming and spoke English.
Too far away from the Nativity Church which not in walking distance when considering the steep climb to the hotel. Italian breakfast with lots of dry cakes, but no hot bf items such as eggs or bacon. Diner was acceptable for € 18.- but nothing special. Only one small restaurant/pizzeria in 10 minutes walking distance.

The hotel was wonderful with great views and a magnificent location on the hillside of the amazing town of Loreto. Location: the venue was so close to the town center and the Church of Madonna's House, and Recanati. It was at a medium distance from Cantina Del Moro, serving fast food.

We explored the beautiful Conero Park with guides from Forestalp, checking out fine rock climbing spots and hiking trails. The hotel was clean and cozy, and breakfast had great options. The staff were friendly and really helpful.

A wonderfully situated hotel, with clean, modern rooms and great views at the front. Charming staff and excellent facilities. I stopped there whilst on business, but will be going back for leisure. Highly recommended!
